No the RAM cannot be upgraded. The memory is soldered on to the mother board and there are no extra memory sockets. This is typical for compact laptops. I have found that this computer is powerful enough for most general uses and applications.

The RAM is soldered to the motherboard with no open slots, but you can indeed swap in any m.2 NVME SSD -- upgrade away!
