The one I bought you simply slide it up or down and it stays where you put it. I didn't find myself needing to adjust it too much so possibly it's finicky but there you go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With mine the height was easy to adjust, there was no button anywhere that needed to be held or pressed. Just hold from both sides and move up or down to your desired height.
