• Yes it can, i have 2 using a dual monitor mount so i doubt there will be an issue with a single!

• Absolutely it can. It has a VESA mounting so just make sure the mount has the same.

• You have to remove the monitor stand and the clear blue piece in the back and then its fully VESA mountable! So yes you can attach it to a single monitor arm. (That is what I did)
