Does this monitor come with a headphone input? null

The monitor had a headphone jack on the left. I haven't used it yet (only had mine since this past Saturday), but there are volume controls in the monitor's menu settings. I like the monitor so far, but can't figure out how to turn the blue ring in in the back. The only light control I see is for the power indicator on the front.
