“Might sound dumb. But, is the included DP cable 1.4? I know the monitor has 2x DP 1.4 and I just wanted to make sure that it was shipping with one. I know some manufactures will have a cool product but half of the features aren't ready out of the box.”

Im pretty sure it does since when I tried using it I was capped at 144hz until I switched the version setting in the monitor to 1.4-- I hope this helps!
