It should as long as you either have a display port (full) or buy a display port apapter if you want to take advantage of the specs of this monitor. Your graphics card will probably not push 240hz very well though. It also has an hdmi input so you could use it but won't support the faster hertz this monitor could push. You be better off buying a cheaper previous model, since your macbook doesn't have the graphics card to utilize this monitor to its fullest.
