- Answer I purchased a used Note 10+ about two months ago from Best Buy. This is the second used Note I have purchased from the (Note 8 prior). It came in a regular box with a standard charger and the factory stylus. That was it. But, it looks perfect - no scratches or anything else - and the battery is quite powerful. I can't imagine purchasing another unopened box Note ever again because these are such great deals. It is a super-fantastic phone.

QuestionWhat does "unlocked" mean? Also, I have a phone that I received a new sims card to merge my carrier from former Sprint to Tmobile. Due to this am I able to buy a note20 and activate it later using smart switch to transfer all data to it from my note8??

- Answer Unlocked means this phone can be used/transferred with any phone service you have. You can put in the new sim card and follow the instructions from your carrier to activate it. You can also transfer your data from a previous model (of the same brand/os of course) wirelessly or with a cable. I recommend a cable but wireless works just as well. If you put all of your data on a mini SD card with the old and put it in the new phone that works too.

- Answer We have Verizon for our phones and we pulled our sim card from a Note 5 and put in the Note 10+. I have had no problems using the sim card. Initially it would turn on showing AT&T but after I put the sim card in and restarted it, it now restarts showing Verizon.
