• if by the 599 one you mean, the 64 gb samsung then the only difference is that the storage is doubled

• The more expensive model has more storage. Only you can decide if that's "better". This is not the 360 Flip tablet. That is an Asus product

• I don't know about "the one that is 599$" but the Samsung Pro does fully fold 360.
