• Yeag, Yes, the PRO Plus microSD card can be used with laptops. Some apps do not allow the user to save the app to the card. This is not due to any limitations on the part of the card, but most likely a functionality of the phone and/or the application. Certain app developers do not enable their apps to run from a memory card. ~Samsung Pro
