“I just bought this speaker. I cannot get this to work via Bluetooth. I have a Samsung Android phone and an Apple iPhone....neither one connects to this speaker. What am I doing wrong??”

• You need to press (tap) mode on the top of the speaker to access the (Bluetooth) to hear "Bluetooth is ready". Then, you must download the Samsung multiroom app. The app must connect to your speaker first. After that step is complete, then you may select the option on your Smartphone pair with the Samsung R1 - R3.
