Please try again later."No Contract" is synonymous with the "No Commitment" price you may see on some carrier's list of pricing "options" for devices (like "with a 2-year contract", "$X down, then 24 payments", etc). It does NOT, however, mean the device is GSM (SIM card) unlocked. It just informs the customer that no extra carrier agreement or commitment is necessary in order to obtain the listed price.
