• 14 days from date of receipt, for any buyer, even elite plus buyers for cellphones. You just put your sim in it, worse you may need to dial 611 and amazon will activate it. You need to have data, I'm assuming you already do. PS if you're coming from iphone, all your voicemails will delete.

• No need to modify your plan at all. Just swap in your existing SIM card and you'll be good to go.
