Not durable at all. The heat melts makes the plastic on bottom crack. Samsung is no help. DO NOT BUY!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The knobs are not made entirely of metal. The most important part is made of plastic that makes this range dangerous. Do not buy this item and do not trust Samsung products!!!! I have had the knobs on my stove replaced (4) times. Samsung has had a service tech out here two times and still the same result, broken knobs. My knobs cost $105 each and I need 5 of them. my oldest son had to run to the garage to grab pliers to turn off the burner that was burning a pan. The knob was no longer able to turn the burner on or off and was stuck on "on." Right now, I have to turn the gas off from the gas inlet while not using the stove because I fear that the gas would leak. We all need to be loud enough to have Samsung hear us and create a recall of some kind. I have tried the solution described here, but that only places a temporary band-aid onthe issue and extends the life of the knob for a couple of months, with the knob eventually breaking.
