The display does include the (FDMI) mounting interface, but it is not a VESA compliant display, as the mounting holes are lower and should be centered to the back of the display. But if you use height adjustable display mounting Arm (Ergotron LX 45-241-026), this can easily make up for it and provide the height adjustment you need.

I don't see why would not work with Apple computers. We have only Apple computers in our home/office, either iMac or Mini, with additional HDMI monitors, and they work fine.
