• I'm going to say it does include it, even though the description doesn't say. And that last sentence in the Overview is worded funny. BUT it does have the same model number as this one from samsung.com and it says it DOES include the S-Pen. https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/mobile-accessories/phones/galaxy-s21-ultra-5g-silicone-cover-with-s-pen-ef-pg99ptbegus/
