The instructions manual states: "the blue led of the camera will turn on after you connect it to the TV, then it will be off after a while. This indicator led turns on only during a call" Before I upgraded the firmware, that is what the camera did. The TV didn't recognize it but still the blue led was on and off after a while. Since I upgraded the firmware the blue led keeps on all the time. Could you please elevate my request to Samsung to check if the latest firmware of the TV is compatible with this camera? SamsungFan14, I have some bad news, and this is rare - the answer I posted was incorrect. For the EH Series, you will need the VG-STC3000 model. Unfortunately, we tested this with the latest firmware also, and got the same result as you. If you can, return the unit to your retailer and find the VG-STC3000 model. (The STC4000 was supposed to be compatible, and it is not.) If you are past the return policy with Best Buy, please ask the store to honor our mistake (print this out if necessary) and I will be happy to explain to their people that I was mistaken. Most store managers, I hope, would be sympathetic since we did suggest that it would work. I'll also have that answer removed when I hear back from you. If you still have trouble, post back and we'll work to get in touch with you somehow and see if something can be done to escalate it on our end.
