did have a foul odor and had someone come back out to look at - they stated once its done running it will pop open - just leave open for awhile ?? doesn't make since, he also said to get jet dry and do a sanitize - news/new to me - have never had this problem before

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, I had the same problem. Make sure the hose goes up as high as possible before coming down to tie into the garbage disposal. Otherwise the sink water will back into the dishwasher output line. I used zip ties.
