“I have a HW-Q850A sound bar package which includes the SWA-9100S rear speaker kit. The sounbar indicates a June 2021 date of manufacture. Are the SWA- 9500S speakers compatible with the soundbar? Thanks Roger”

Yes 9500S compatible with Q700A/Q800A/Q900A series. These rear speakers are also sell as individual items so it might have different mfgr date than the main unit.
