“Is there any volume adjustment..they paired with the sound bar no problem but you can only hear the faintest sound”

• Hi Meself! When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Tim

• You can adjust the rear surround volume with the soundbar remote. Read the manual.
