It comes with 2 different cords, One fits my Samsung Android phone. It's a C type cord. When I plug the hard drive into my phone, I can see all of my photos that are already on the Samsung external drive but when I click on my phone gallery and click a photo to share it to the drive, the drive does not appear as a choice to share it to. Ok as I typed that I checked out the instructions. It says you go to the google play store for it to work with an android. There is an app called Samsung Portable SSD About this app the official application for the Samsung Portable SSD. So I'm going to say Yes
