• It’s very difficult for the first time or two. You actually have to force it with one hand firmly on the stand.

• its automatically built into the back of the stand. U have to hold the monitor down flat with one hand while lifting/pulling up the stand with the other hand..grip with force

• The monitor tilts. After you tighten screw with base you need to hold base firmly and top of monitor and push it to tilt. It takes some force. It comes in box facing downward so it will need to be tilted upwards.
