Yes, it should. If you're on Vista SP1 or newer then that PC has built-in exFAT support. The exFAT file format used by default on this SSD was introduced in Vista Service Pack 1, there are exFAT drivers for XP, and Server 2003 if you need them. If you're on Vista then just upgrade to SP1, Vista before Sp1 was pretty bad so there's a many reasons why you should upgrade to SP1 if you haven't already.
