Does this include backup software? null

Not that I am aware of. Nothing came in the box except a “book” in a 100 languages of how to install. Probably something online. If you are looking to back up your system or certain files find the drive either “D” or “E” depending on the number of drives in your computer and direct them to save on it. May I suggest making a separate folder in it “the SSD” to make finding suck files easier in the future.

No, don’t think so. Only software to operate and format the drive for Mac or Windows and to secure it.
