There should be an option on your TV to enable HDR. You have to look it up. You don't have to buy anything. Those boxes recommended here by someone are just for UI, nothing to do with HDR.

The evolution it is available at Best Buy by special order either online or at the store. The kit at full price is $399.99 but you do need the kit to see true 4K quality.
