• Yes , 100%. It will upgrade the picture quality . Your old dvds will look better and your Blurays upscale to near 4K , but not same level. That's due to the Ultra 4K HDR . YOUR TV HAS TO BE ABLE TO PROCESS HDR ,to get the full effect.
