It will work but you will only get a 1080p signal
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this will work with your Samsung 6300, I have the same exact tv, this player connected to it. You can play 4K discs it will down scale them to 1080p, some of the 4K discs have Atmos encoded surround sound on those discs only, if you have an Atmos receiver you can get the sound as well. If you do connect this to a 1080p set and playback the 4K disc you will have to adjust the contrast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will play Blue Rays in 1080P but don't spend the $400 if you don't plan on getting 4k soon. The price will drop and you can get a great top of the line regular 1080P player for wayyyyyy cheaper
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but I wouldn't recommend getting it for a 1080p tv, because the TV can only ever display in 1080p. You would be throwing away your money when all you need is a standard Blu-ray player for your tv
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the Samsung UBD-K8500 4K Bluray Player will work with older TVs. You will NOT be able to view 4K movies with the older tv. The bluray player will adjust its output to acomadate Tvs that are not 4K. You can even set the output resolution in the menu settings of the Bluray player. But the TV and Bluray player will "Hand Shake" with each other to determine the resoultion the TV can handle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work but you won't get 4K upconversion and can't play 4K Ultra discs with out 4K TV. Wouldn't recommend unless you plan to upgrade TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it will work but to get the full potential you heed a 4k tv
