“When I play a 4K dvd there's 2 bold green lines going vertically on my tv screen , if I play a regular blu-ray dvd it works fine , Is there any adjustments I need to make ? or is something is wrong with my player ? I did all updates already .”

I've played 4 different 4K DVD's on mine and I haven't noticed the vertical green lines you mentioned.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a Samsung so of course the problem is with this unit. May be a compatability issue with your TV but you should return the Samsung and ALWAYS buy the extended warrent when buying a Samsung device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on what tv you have. My 2015 samsung 8000 series 4k tv you had to turn the uhd on for each source to make it work with a true 4k device
