You should still be getting the full 4K potential from your tv. Make sure to go in and customize it so that you have the highest resolution as the default and, just as important, turn off the 24fps option on both machines. This way, you should get either 50 or 60fps with your 4K, which is optimal. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If in samsung 4k bluray setting set to 2160p if still says 2160p then it is outputting that. Also use tv remote info button should say 2160p. If it didnt have current htpc in tv it would be blank. You can select 1080p output to compare difference of 4k vs 1080p downconversion.
