“I have this player and the LG OLED 55EF9500. I'm getting 4K but not HDR in the netflix app. HDR Blu ray and Amazon will trigger the OLED 's HDR setting. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks.”

Yep - was seeing something similar. Samsung support said HDR support in the streaming apps will vary from provider to provider. To get HDR on Netflix you need to use an Xbox One S! :0
