“how do u set this player to show a full image instead of letterbox bars on top and bottom on 4k movies”

• If you own a Samsung TV you can utilize the tv,s main menu to adjust the picture size. I have a Samsung 9500 SUHD 65" and use the tvs main menu to adjust the picture size. Not sure if that's an option on the 4k player or not.

• You will have to check your TV settings. If your TV doesn't support the full resolution capabilities, it may switch to letterbox. Check your TV user manual.

• I haven't tried it , but your Menu should allow picture configuration like full screen , original format , etc. Or try on your TV menu under picture format choice.
