• Yes, it will charge a Note 4. It's charges pretty quickly.

• It is compatible with the Note 4, but does not charge as fast as the "Fast Adaptive" Power Charger that comes standard with the Note 4.

• The model of this charger is: ETA-U90JBE. Output is 5.0V, 2.0A. You will need to check the specifications for the Galaxy Note 4.
