• I was on a chat with Samsung asking the same question. Units that are stacked can not use the pedestal or riser. I saw your question and had the same question. The only way to get it higher without using pedestal or riser would be to build the floor higher that would hold the weight of the stacked set.

• No, it is not recommended to install a washer and then a dryer on top of these. Only one per storage drawer.

• You would not be able to operate the dryer without standing on a step stool. I'm 6'3", and I can't see all of the display on my stacked dryer.
