• Yes it does. It is a standard micro usb, it is also used to charge.

• Most computers these days are bluetooth compatible, which is one way to upload photos without a wired connection. The way I recommend doing this, is to e-mail photos to yourself (as long as its not more than three at a time), which of course you should lower the pixel count, in order to make the photos usable for e-mail use, or online ads. You can also use an SD card.. It comes with micro usb data cable, charging block, lanyard, and rechargeable battery. I hope this helps you out...
