Try updating your HDTV software using the Samsung menu on remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The problem may be that the Netflix App intended for the U.S. model UN55D6000 may not be compatible with servers in Puerto Rico. If the other Apps, like Pandora and YouTube are able to connect, the issue may be streaming copyrighted video content outside of the United States - and there may be laws prohibiting that. We can't really speak on that, and we can't support this service outside of the region, but that may be a logical place to start. While we want to help, we believe that Netflix would be better suited to support their service in this situation.
