• Samsung only wants you to buy their accessories from them nowadays. I have this product and it quit working after 2 weeks. I think the rapid plug in charger is a better bet...but you can only buy directly from Samsung also. I think Samsung is losing business with their wacky marketing strategy.

• I would call the store. Sometimes they can order a product in for you, which is nice, even if a person needs to wait a day or so for it. Good luck!

• Same thing happened to me and I did the ship to home option. I was able to order and pay in the store and they shipped it to my home for free. VERY convenient and it came very quickly.

• This only works for Samsung 6 but is the best thing I ever purchased. You just lay phone right on top and starts to charge
