“Samsung Wireless Charger Model No. EP-PG920I - HEX/IMEI Location In order to register this product w/Samsung, you are required to add the HEX or IMEI number specifically off the product, not the box. I bought this charger at Best Buy, and all I see, is the sticker on the charger bottom, which lists the following: Model, Input, FCC ID & S/N. There is also a QR scan barcode, which when scanned, only lists the product id+the serial number. Does anyone know how to find this? Samsung site is no help & it will not allow you to register w/out it!”

• They MIGHT be looking for the HEX or IMEI associated with the phone you are using the charger for.

• YOU CAN TOTALLY REGISTER THIS... USE THE SETTINGS, STATUS, IMEI INFO TRICK. I JUST REGISTERED MY BLACK ONE.

• According to my Live Chat with Samsung.com this morning, AaronTK: I assume that I cannot register a "mobile accessory"? Since when I go to the registration page, the model number does not exist - i.e., because no serial number on an accessory. Caira: Yes, you are correct, we cannot register Mobile accessory. However, in Live Chat, they were able to put a Service Ticket in for my charger to allow me to send the product in for service/replacement.

• On you phone, go to Settings, About Phone, and Status. Then scroll down to the IMEI number.

• This is a charger not a phone, it doesn't have a HEX or IMEI. To register this you only need model number and the s/n.

• Pull the back off the phone and lift the battery out. Those numbers are underneath where the battery sits.

• Pretty sure IMEI and HEX numbers are specific to your phone - you should be able to find them in About Phone in settings.
