the blue light indicates it is charging. a blinking blue light means it has stopped charging. a solid green light tells you it is fully charged

I figure the blue blinking indicates some kind of error in the wireless charging such as using a different USB charger for the base. Solid blue to me means charging normally and solid green means charging is complete. I agree with you.. instructions are a joke.
