Hi Adam! Yes, the SWA-9000S is the correct rear speaker kit for the HW-K950. The original speakers included with the HW-K950 featured Dolby Atmos top firing speakers to improve immersion whereas the SWA-9000s will not, you may notice a difference in audio quality. ^Tim
