According to a quick Google search, the switch can take a maximum of 2TB expansion. Now, if you can just find that SD card. Looks like 512GB is about as big as can be right now.

It can have 256GB in it as well. But keep in mind, it gets really expensive AND you have to make sure the MicroSD card is supported by the switch.

The switch can support up to 1-2 Tb so this is nowhere close to maximum. However a great start

This is the max I’ve seen for the switch branded cards, which is why we chose to go with it.
