  • QuestionApproximately how many photos will a 128 GB card hold?

    Asked by Chris.

    • Answer Hi Chris, thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that the number of photos a 128GB card can store depends on the camera, image resolution, and file format you are using. Generally, high-resolution photos and RAW files occupy more space, whereas standard JPEG photos take up less space. By checking the average file size of your photos, you can estimate how many images the card will be able to store. For example, if the size of a photo is 5MB, you will be able to store more photos; and if the file size is 10MB, you will be able to store half that number of photos. • QuestionWhat is the write speed?

    Asked by Write.

    • Answer Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that the SanDisk Ultra PLUS 128GB SDXC UHS-I card does not publish the write speed; only the read speed is listed for products in the Ultra line. Write performance for these cards is generally suitable for everyday photo/video use. If you need higher sustained write speeds for demanding tasks, consider cards from the Extreme or Extreme PRO series, which have published read & write speeds.
