Per Nintendo: The average game size is about 10 GB. 32 GB on the Switch can hold around 3 games. For a 512 GB memory card that works out to approximately 51 games. Your mileage may vary.

All these mentioned amounts of data files are for example. The actual data can be stored on the drive depends on the size of the data.
