• Yes, earbuds and USB cable comes with. NOTE: It ONLY recharges from the USB cable....DON'T buy the wall recharger that someone recommended.

• A USB wall charger is still nice to have if you wish to recharge the battery without using a computer. Often, an old cell phone charger will work.
