Just make a folder of all the music you want to put on it, then drag and stop it into the library associated with the player.

I don't know for sure, b/c I don't use Apple products. I am guessing you can use iTunes to DL the files to your computer, and then plug in the MP3 player and just treat it like a hard drive, copying the files over to the Music Folder. Its possible you'll need to use an audio converter to convert the proprietary Apple filetype to MP3.
