Would Scandisk work with MP4 file? null

This device will also play FLAC audio files.

Loaded an MP4 file on this device and tried to play it. The result was "file format not supported." So it seems that MP4 files are a no go. You could convert the MP4 file to MP3 with freac (free audio converter) software and then it would play with no problem on this device. In that case it would no longer be an audio / video file since the converted file would only contain the audio information.

This will support WMA, AAC and MP3 audio formats.
