“I work off of a company laptop that is Windows 10 utilizing BitLocker. I was going to purchase this MP3 player but my network support team said no MP3 player will work with BitLocker - is that true?”

Hi, please be informed that if your work computer has blocked connecting external devices using the USB port, then you will not be able to connect this MP3 Player to your computer for transferring music files.

Please try again later.I’m not familiar with bit locker all you can do is buy it try it and if it doesn’t work take it back Best Buy gives you a 15 day retire unless you are an elite member then you have 30 days to return it but I’m telling for such a small MP3 this holds 4000 songs and you can stick it in your pocket and have wireless ear plugs and your day is set . I had another MP3 just a little bit bigger than this one but it only held 1000 songs so I’m so happy Best Buy had tat MP3 I would definitely recommend it Sorry I couldn’t help you out on that Bit Locker if it be me I’d go buy the MP3 and find another way of downloading songs to it
