Yes it does. I use Bluetooth wireless earphones and it works well. It will also work with Jam Bluetooth speakers. Hope this helps for you.

Yes. I bought this to use while walking and it works fine. I don't know what its range is however. It's a little device so probably doesn't have a lot of power. Inexpensive wireless headsets also can have limited range. Try it! Get your headset into the 'pairing mode', go to the Bluetooth page on the clip, turn Bluetooth ON, and your headset name should appear. Select it and you are in business. Good luck.
