“My battery has not fully charged after 4 hours. Do I need to replace the battery”

• I don't believe the battery can be replaced in these units. You might want to check your charger and make sure its working and putting out enough current. Anything above 1A should be sufficient. Failing that check your warranty and get a replacement.
