Can this device be used while it is charging? null

Negative, when in Charge mode the device can not play : ( However, something i have never seen in a device before... the unit will play out to [Bluetooth] AND [Analog 3.5mm] at the same time : )

If charging on your computer, you can access content on computer and play from there.
