It comes with headphones and a USB cord to charge and work with the music on your computer.

The unit comes with wired earphones but if you want to be wireless you will need to purchase those. I charge the unit with either my computer or cell phone charger. You will need to download whatever music, books etc. you want on it so I would suggest you study the owners manual that you can download that explains how to do that.
