“My unit is less than a year old and stopped working. How do I get this fixed or replaced? The warranty states one year. Do I return to the store or manufacturer?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchased the item less than 30 days ago, then it can be returned to Best Buy for refund or replacement. If more than 30 days, then contact the manufacturer for a replacement . This happened to me and it was painless.
